I had my 36 week appointment today and they discovered my amniotic fluid is low. They wound up sending me to the perinatal center at my hospital to get measurements of the fluid and a NST. The doctor wants me to come back next week to get rechecked and if it’s still low I’ll be having our boy within 24 hours of that appointment.

I don’t have an answer but want to follow along as I wais amniotic fluid stickys told 2 weeks ago, at 34 weeks my fluid was low. The only thing that made me think something was weird before I found out was that I had not put on any weight in the 2 weeks since my last dr visit, but other than that I would have no clue.

Does anyone have experience with this? With my last pregnancy I ended up having 0 amniotic fluid but I never really noticed I was leaking. It was a slow leak over time. Today my underwear was wet with liquid that wasn’t urine but when I called my doctor she said she didn’t think it was amniotic fluid. Has anyone ever had a slow leak of fluid?
